In my local area, it’s mad to think the criminal could still be here today! May you RIP🕊️😢

Im 10 minutes in and already in tears when her friend said she wish she could say sorry to her . These women are still people no matter what they did as a job, and it breaks heart when cases like this happens they are the most vulnerable 😢

It's crazy that this has just popped up on my feed. My mom used to live in the same flats at janine at the time of her murder, she had three young children at the time. She told my mom she knew who it was, she promised her she was not doing the work again at that time. The police and media have spoken to my mom several times over the years and she's told them everything she knew. Her children went to live with her dad, step mom and her sister, they'd be in their thirties now the same as myself and my brother. No ones ever been charged for her muder, its never been linked to any other murder with similaries at the tiome in that are, she was not a sex worker at the time. I was born in late 91 so never met Janine but ive head stories about her often over the years and have thought about her children G, T and S over the years too

The production quality is clear and easy to follow I really appreciate the effort.

The link between Wolverhampton and Aberdeen is unbelievable.

Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Aberdeen , London. I have written a book, well my memoirs involving these crimes.. I’m from the city and remember it well

I used to go to Wolverhampton with a friend back then, I nearly fell off my chair when they said the name "pippy perry" because my friend used to go out with him, I used to be scared of him, he gave me the creeps, we heard back then that he killed a prostitute and tied her to his car and dragged her along, what if that was Janine ,it was definitely around that time 😢

This deserves way more views. Absolutely underrated

This is right next to where I live so eerie and sad

Must say, I'm midly peeved that they spent 10/15 mins drawing us into to the whole serial killer plot, knowing full well he'd been investigated by the police and the friends couldn't identify back then either ffs!
They tried to play it off as a "big reveal" when they showed the friend now.
I'm actually on the fence about the style/ presenter combo...can't decide whether it's cheesy muck, or a soporific duo that's perfect for my crime time wind down for sleep.😁😁😁

I enjoy content with David Wilson. I hope Channel 4 keeps this series going and makes new shows with him. I recently got rid of my Virgin Media TV and thus lost my series link, so I'm glad I can continue to watch this series on here.

Could you look into the murder of Jacqueline Gallagher from Paisley?

This is the area I live in my moms friend is an ex sex worker who found a body on Steelhouse lane of another worker a few months before this one. A lot of lorry drivers would pick up women around here.

Only just started watching….i hope they show Janine’s friend the picture of Kite, she’d recall the man’s face from years ago?

I’m surprised they didn’t mention Gail Whitehouse, who was also killed around that time and was working the red light district 🤔

The content is underrated I learned a lot from it.

How tragic

I thought it was rather ironic that one of the policemen said that he identified Janine and felt he had failed her, one their 'girls' when it becomes very obvious that the police cared little about what happened to them and turned them away if they tried to report anything.
I suspect little investigation was made when it first happened. Very little was mentioned about the blue car and I feel that should have been the starting point.

Poor Janine :(

David is amazing! I love his passion to solve cases like this🙏💚
