“The people outside of our religion do not care what label your family give to your interpretation of Islam, they don’t care whether you Sufi or salafi, whether you are deobandi or whether you are Sunni or Shia. They do not care — they’ve made us one. unfortunately, among ourselves these label have become more important than the label of Islam.”
Jazaak Allaahu Khayran Dr Yasir for this poignant reminder. We are our own worst enemies. We cannot change and remain the same.

🌿 أُكِلْتُ يومَ أُكِلَ الثَّوْرُ الأَبْيَض
“I was eaten the day the white bull was eaten”
An Arabic proverb symbolizing that allowing a partner to be destroyed makes one's own downfall inevitable.
The Scenario: A lion wants to eat three bulls—white, red, and black—who live together peacefully.
The Deception: The lion claims the white bull attracts predators, or that its color ruins the uniformity. He tells the remaining bulls that if they allow him to eat the white bull, they will be safe.
The Result: The black/red bulls agree to save themselves. Later, the lion returns and eats them one by one.
The phrase signifies the loss of solidarity and the folly of sacrificing a partner for temporary security, it highlight that safety lies in unity, not in sacrificing allies.
"And hold onto the Rope of Allaah, all of you together, and be not divided..."
[Surah Aali 'Imraan: 103]
Ibn Mas'ood said:
"The Rope of Allaah is the Jamaa'ah!"
There is strength in Jamaa'ah.

And it is not right for you to annoy the Messenger of Allah, nor ever marry his wives after him. This would certainly be a major offence in the sight of Allah.
What makes that act a major offense?
