I just knew that the orignal game was like from the 80s, but this version looks pretty good, I'm from Mexico and know nothing about the oregon trail, so I will take this video as Historically accurate

Fun game. Drink Everytime he miss pronounced a word.

This game looks like a banger. I'm looking forward to more parts!

Oh boy. We ready for this one!

Nice been waiting for this ever since the short

Oh hell yes. This is gonna be a hell of a time

Thanks for the video, Nagzz.

If anyone remembers playing the original Oregon Trail on their big ole computers, let me know! It's such a classic.

Channeled my inner Chibi and became the 67th like 😂

Back in the day I played a lot of Oregon Trail on an Apple IIe.

Damn they made a game based on nagzz's childhood?

Reminder to never diss Terry, its a terrible way to die.

So excited for this (even if it IS more forgiving and simple than the OG)!! good luck streamer man!!

I played a hacked sprite version. Picture all of Hanna Barbara character as selectable, with preset skills.

Oregon Trail for Modern audiences

"how'd you get that trophy?" "oh..just something Crappie". Odd there's a fishing minigame, yet, you can't actually shoot. I saw minto (or maybe it was lime/limealicious, can't remember) doing oregon trail a little while ago. And you could ACTUALLY shoot. The animals moved..and if you miss, well, wasted bullet. Not simple rpg "ah he missed" stuff. It's all on you for the skill. "improved version" seems a step back 0.o More of a traditional shooter, than the 3rd person/above camera version...that seems a lot harder.
"does it expire...good question". That..shouldn't be a question. ANYTHING harsh, hard or otherwise...assume yes, it can be bad...and it can get worse. That's oregon trail. (altho i think there's a sequel, and that's what they were on where you could actually hunt)...i'd approach any run like a D&D run -> more +'s, and the least amount of negatives you can get. (or at least if they break even that's not a detriment, doesn't put you further ahead..but at least they're not putting you further behind).
That said - the morale booster (streamer as you called her) is a good thing. Trails are long, and you want people to support the team and not lose hope. To keep the faith.."marketing". Don't play the short game - gotta play the "long game" here. Hope that helps..
Kinda has me wondering if the difficulty in this version is "harder" or "lighter" .."improved so ..you can actually win/less difficult" when they say "improved". (which i don't like or agree with).

O and the "better to have it and not need it..then need it and not have it" ..is a motto that will help..and the " 'murica' setup..keeping bullets "just in case"..will help. Probably.

"Brilliant - she's smart enough to know...she sucks" ...the high standards of the trail seem to be lower then I thought hahaha. Choosing her for the snake bite might have went the same way "she's smart enough to know she can't fix this either".

You know I love you and your content Nagzz, but the way you Easterners pronounce Oregon drives me crazy. That said, I promise I will try my best to enjoy the video.
