Ah, so the admission was that she wrote the script. Pity the attorneys weren’t professional or courteous enough to stipulate to that before the handwriting expert testified, at great cost and effort.

The defense attorney sounds like she's just asking random questions all the time 😮

This judge is a fine example of how to run a courtroom during a high profile trial. Everything Beverly Cannone was not.

It's extraordinary to hear Donna say that her family is cursed, suggesting that they are all victims of some invisible force. She has zero insight into the fact that she is the one who cursed her family. She caused all the suffering, and the "curse" she is referring to is known to the rest of us as "consequences".

I love how Donna’s attorney is so set on how her visa to Vietnam was for the purpose of tourism… as if they have an option to get visas to flee out of fear of getting arrested for murder.

The defense atty is completely ineffective. Asking the detective “You’re obviously here testifying on behalf of the state right?”  So ridiculous.

This Judge is OUTSTANDING!!! True man of character. Need more of these types of judges.

I really like this Detective.  He sure handles a bad situation well.  God Bless him.

Donna keeps saying I am old, I am weak, acting like a victim. But her vicious rhetorical messages about Markell to Wendi, she is not a nice person. She also handwritten Q&A note to inmate, bribed her to lie for her. Donna is very cunning.

The defenses line of questioning:

1. Did you brush your teeth?
2. You used toothpaste right?
3. So you were brushing your teeth using the blue toothpaste right?
4. Oh, sorry, do you need to look at your notes to see if it was blue?

WTF.😂😂😂😂 what a joke.

Three arrests in 2016.  We want three more arrests in 2025.

I would not want this investigator on my ass. My god. He’s thorough!!💪🏼

FBI  guy is adorable when he smiles. Lights up his whole face.

So ridiculous the paralegal with her hand on Donna’s shoulder as though she is the victim.

Thank you for explaining this. No other channel I've watched has given a real reason to a layperson why Donna would need to be sworn in and questioned by the judge before proceeding. Thank you! It makes sense now.

Agent Sanford puts me in mind of Bob Newhart

I was a dental Assistant for Dr George Green in Coral Springs and their practice was about 10 mins from our practice. People couldn’t stand Charlie or Donna, but we adored Harvey. He was professional and cared about people. Donna was NO “Office Manager”.

That FBI agent is trying hard not to bust out laughing at the ridiculous questions from defense.

Donna had a problem - her grandkids and daughter had to live a few hours away . She was wealthy - could have bought Wendi a nice big house in Tallahassee ( with  luxurious granny quarters !)  . Could have flown to see Wendi and the kids every couple of weeks if she so desired, and stayed in the nice granny quarters. Spent great times with them...just like all other grandparents do all over the world. BUT she decided that murdering the father of those children ....oh yes what a good idea ! And did this with her "golden child" son who has ended up in prison for the rest of his life. Where she will probably end up as well. So many lives ruined because she couldn't behave like a normal decent person.

I don't have any plans to harm anyone, but if I do I am going to try real hard not to record myself by accident.
