I think it’s very creepy how obsessed Donna is with her grandsons. I have 9 grandchildren that I love dearly but Donna thinking she has more “rights” to them than their own father is icky and unhealthy. I’m relieved she can’t do anymore harm to them as I think she is truly vile.

Georgia had me sobbing out the gate. I’ve never heard a more powerful common sense, emotionally charged closing argument on behalf of someone who was murdered in my entire life. Dan Markel who had every right to be the person he was within his own personality, beliefs and profession, LOVED his children and fought for them, which can actually be a rarity nowadays. These people not only killed him, but tore his very life and future from him - his potential for a chance to manifest a new reality for himself, perhaps a new partner, and those boys he was devoted to. The boys would one day grow to adulthood, but instead today stand in early adulthood facing down this absolute nightmare.

It’s crazy it feels like this whole case is coming to a head! It’s been 11 years since his murder and watching all the trials unfold over this years has truly been a pleasure. This prosecutor is amazing. What a ride

How does Wendi sleep at night?? I can’t imagine being the reason my kids no longer have their father. The reason my kids can only see their uncle in prison. The reason my kids will have to speak to their grandma via jail phone until she dies of old age behind bars. The reason my kids had to have their last names changed as a final dagger to the heart of their paternal grandparents. The reason my nephew will have to spend the rest of his life talking to his own father behind bars. The reason my own father has been basically widowed. She’s been the common denominator in all things horrific and has ruined countless lives for decades to come and she’s just going on about her business without a care in the world.

Love this girrrl. Love her commitment to take no sh1t from fellow ‘professionals’ …. She has not backed down once in standing up to those who took the life of someone’s dad, someone’s son, grandson, friend , esteemed professor. Her passion to get these A. holes is palpable. She’s articulate, prepared and sooo knowledgeable in this case, she must eat sleep and dream the details. Look out Wendi!!! Your turn is coming.
