I am starting a new segment on this channel where I document my homebrewing adventure. I started brewing during the COVID-19 pandemic starting from one gallon and sitting comfortably at 2.5 - 3 gallons. This is my second piece of dedicated homebrewing gear, the Anvil Bucket Fermenter with the Anvil Cooling System.

The cooling system was missing the thermowell but I contacted Anvil and they sent out a replacement. Thanks for the great customer service Anvil!
