I see 12 pro artists in this video :) keep it up bro

"Kim jung Gi should have been here" damn for real 1:58

you got together the artvengers

The toughest thing for me to overcome is impatience. After 20 years of portrait drawing, I'm confident in my skills. But I am constantly telling myself to slow down, don't rush, enjoy the process. It's getting better, but it's still a challenge.

I love Peter Han, the way he talks, and how humble he is. Always a breadth of fresh air hearing him talk about art. Also Dong Ho Kim, going through his perspective book is just great

summarizing for myself so i dont have to rewatch the video

rembert montald - study animation. you learn how to tell a story with simple tools and understand simple shapes from every angle. also helps you with poses (do walk & run cycles)

samdoesart - use lots of references. when youre drawing something youre not familiar with, study from them

peter han - activate your drive & hunger to draw
[i take it to mean "make art friends and have them inspire you too" cause competition really gets me motivated lol]

dong ho kim - keep studying human anatomy & perspective. every day, remain consistent

antonio stappaerts - design. learn construction & manipulating form in space. make perspective intuitive for you. also, keep designs simple & clear. mindset is also important

gabriel quinn - draw a LOT. do as many drawings as you can, all the time. dedicate yourself to art! also, follow your interests & draw things you like

athoro - study a broad variety of fundamentals. (ex. construction, shape design, line economy, gesture, values, color, & more). consider all of them equally important, they will build on each other as you learn

brent noll - get excited about drawing vehicles & machinery

boyan k - get a book on a fundamental you wanna learn. copy every drawing on the book to help w/ muscle memory & soaking up the info. repeat the fundamentals a lot so they become intuitive. also, its not enough to copy the drawings. apply them to something after. (ex. studying arm anatomy, then going on a figure drawing site and focusing on drawing the arms). if you draw it a thousand times itll stick in ur head and become second nature
[i like his method the most personally. im by no means a pro artist but if i had to follow just one master's advice it would be this one haha]

ben eblen - get a short list of ur fav artists. try to understand and break down how they do what theyre doing, the best you can. mash your fav styles together & make your own style

honestly just talking about art & engaging with it inspires me a lot... thanks a bunch for making this video, it gave me an idea of where i need to go lol. im off to draw LOTS!!!! 💪

The animation one is so real, it takes so much skill to draw things in different angles and tell compelling stories with

Copying, this is how every human being learns things with the intention of improving, but not just copy for the sake of copying you need to deconstruct, simplify and draw from all possible angles. draw a lot.

It was such a pleasure running into you mate, there is so much wisdom in this video, definitely take all the advice and draw like a maniac!!!

NO WAY SAM DOES ART i love him

I practiced heads for a couple of days. I managed to do different angles from imagination. It was hard. But as soon as I moved to another exercise like gesture and mannequins I forgot drawing heads! Haha

Dong Ho Kim is straight to the point.

No digital artists suggesting one of the most important tricks they do frequently to spot mistakes early to improve their skill ✨flipping the canvas✨ trust me, it’s a game changer when practicing art and studying references

really no other artist has clicked for me like chommang has so far so ill be following in his footsteps for as long as i feel like. not like im looking to make art my job so ill just enjoy it in the mean time as my skills increase and i become better

I never got to mention this but i genuinely do believe this has to be the best art channel ever! I have been in a plateau for 3 years after 5 years of drawing. But your videos and book have skyrocketed my drawing ability in ways i never could have imagined. Each video you’ve uploaded is genuine gold so useful to me. I genuinely can’t thank you enough and i think the same can be said for every one of your subscribers.

I wish I had time to develop further with art. For now I'm just glad I can draw a little bit

My face when I see ft. Peter Han 😮

i love how you made a microphone with a fork

Damn bro! Just yesterday, when I saw you start this channel, I was like, "This guy is my age." And now you out here talking to the heros, and being part of them and shit. Keep up the great work, bro! What you are starting is more important than you think.
