The thing about the Hearthband detachment that Bard seems to have missed is that it specifically is currently LoV's most competitive detachment BECAUSE it grants a direct damage buff to the entire army, not just Hearthguard/Kahl/Uthar units. This is because the detachment grants all infantry rerolls 1 on Wounds against their closest eligible target.

Monolith detachment + the warriors/immortals detachment sounds like a lot of fun. Zoom monolith up, teleport an upgraded unit to get them within rapid fire range and blast away

WE WANT MORE ENHANCEMENTS/RELICS!

The single best thing bar none about 11th is the return of the phrase objective secured

@olafbressel5249 3 months ago

To quote the other great Necron Book: "We must unleash the Monoliths!"

Upgraded rangers? Does that make them...😎 Power rangers?

@6591OZZY 3 months ago

"rangers are there to do actions"
Me thinking about the game I had against space wolves where 5 Rangers sniped Logan Grimnar from full health in one turn 😂

Bbbut stacking buffs is why I love Admech 🤫

You can actually set up a unit of Lokhust (Heavy) Destroyers using Cursed Legion enhancement on either an Overlord or a Cryptek making the unit Infantry

Y'know...I'm seriously looking forward to 11th. Now that might be mainly due to how I've been working on building and painting two Monoliths since February, but that's besides the point

@Mordalon 3 months ago

Bard dislike Genestealers in Tyranids AND Votann, so both my first army and the subfaction of Tyranids I'm currently building.

@Matsdur 3 months ago

Combine Phaeron's Armory with Cursed Legion to give a big brick of Lokhusts the infranty keyword (Murdermid enhancement) and pull them to the monoliths for heavy pew pew! They gain hit rerolls and with say a Plasmancer they crit on 5s!

I'm trying hard but I just can't get exicted by the new Aeldari detachments, knowing that aspect warriors will now cost 3 whole points 😅.
The good news is that 11th edition is all about speed and mid range damage, which we REALLY excel at, so we shall see.

Sorry for commenting here, but there seems to be no comments options underneath the Videos on demand (website). Just have watched amazing Bretonnia VS Tombs Kings battle report and either I am being stupid or the Tomb Gurads completely forgot about the TOMB SCORPION....?
