The starlings are not flying over water - to see black sun you have to visit the march land. In fact just outside Ribe is a better location

So lovely to see people actually visit DENMARK instead of just copenhagen

im so glad that someone finally showed people that denmark is more than just copenhagen, we also got very beatiful nature and cities around worth a visit :)

Loved your tour of Denmark. I’m leaving Ireland on my way to Norway soon. Now I’m looking forward to Denmark ❤ Thank you.

The "brown dirty" water is just water with sand, due to the wind.
On a hot summer day, you can't find a better beach to take a swim. But it can also take you 2-3 hours to cross over, because of hefty traffic. 2-300.000 people find their way over there, on a hot weekend. And probalby mostly Germans. Between 8-11:00, you are stuck in traffic going over there. Around 17-19:00, it's the same story in the other direction.

I've mostly seen huge swarms of starlings, going home from the island in the evening. Massive flocks, literally making the shy black. As much as 20-30 km inland from Rømø.

9:40 - Birds often flok together at dusk and dawn. In my hometown they would often fly out from the forest in the morning, while I walked or bicycled to school 😊❤❤

Thank you for showing that our beautiful country, Denmark, is so much more than Copenhagen, as we usually see it when tourists talk about Denmark. I'm happy to see you enjoyed visiting our little spot on the world map. Best regards from Denmark 🇩🇰

38:12 - The seals will usually find some places where people can't easily get to them, when they want to rest, like a sandbar in the water or a small island.

Lovely to see you enjoying and documenting places in parts of my country,

It's really interesting to see my homeland through the eyes of tourists.

the starlings have the best place 1 km from Ribe.

Thanks for visit! Hope to see you back here <3

I hope you saw some of the east coast of Jutland too - there are lot's of beautifull nature and places around Fredrikshavn and Sæby, like Pikkerbakkerne outside Fredrikshavn

14:00 This is from a sandworm. We use them for fishing.

We love Denmark and visit it regularly. It's so nice to look at this video again and see where we have been as well. We will visit Finland this year, starting in Helsinki. We will drive from Helsinki home through Sweden, Denmark and Germany.

In My younger days have lived in Ribe for about 12 years 🤗

10:35 Thank you So Much for saying this. 😍 Because something that just seem Mundane or Boring to us locals - can bring Joy and Happiness to someone else!

The best time to see Black Sun (Sort Sol) is usually mid-September to mid-October in the marshes of Southwest Jutland, especially around Tønder, Ribe, and the Wadden Sea. The starlings gather just before sunset, creating spectacular shapes across the sky.

The water is clean and safe for dipping.

Love how you frame all the good stuff while traveling Denmark. Makes us proud to be Danes. Our place of living ain't that bad. 😊
