We had cats that liked to play my brother's keyboard and my bass guitar ... Mom came out to scold us that she didn't like any Gothic Vampire music playing. But we both took 5, and the cats were playing their music when mom came in and said: " No Vampire music! ..." Then when she realized we weren't playing , she apologized and laughed ...

Cats always punch way beyond their weight. And usually win!

I have a spectacular super special cat story. When a neighbor came to visit, her big Irish setter dog was right behind her ,when I opened the door to say hello, my super cat jumped in the air and chased that big dog all the way down a long driveway ,message no dogs allowed.

As a child, every time I had one of those illnesses that put me in bed, our family cat Wulla would come to my bed and, until I was recovered, he would be there all the time except for a brief trip to get food, water, and go outside for the toilet. This meant I was constantly under his care, day and night. Being able to reach over and give him a gentle stroke meant I was never lonely whem I was ill. He provided the same service for my brother (luckily we shared a room so on the rare occasion we were both ill he was there for us both.

That's some serious kitty MMA! 0:26

When I was in the 5th grade a kitty followed me home from school (or so that's what I told Mom). We had her for 22 years. She was family. She would become really concerned when one of us kids got hurt.

I'm a 78 year old man that's loved cats for ever, and my 2 year old rescue gray tabby sleeps with me every night, and I love her. I enjoy these cat tales you post.

The cat at 5:18 looks so much like my late Victoria. I thought she was one of a kind calico, but apparently just rare. I think the deepest bond with any of my cats (past and present) was with Viki. I adopted her from a friend of my mom in 2004. She was just a kitten. August 20, 2018 is the day I had to make the hard decision and let the vet euthanize her. She had some kind of mass in her ear or something, surgery, I guess was out of the question since she was 14 years 4 months old. That was one of the hardest days of my life.

My cat was a total lifesaver to me when my Mother first got sick and later after after she died. She would come and sit with me and give me kisses and sometimes just sit quietly and Perry’s to me. I had a different one when my Daddy died and he was just as loving to me. They have a great sense of when you’re sad or just need them.
