Today we dabble in Emberward, a roguelike tower defense where you build your own maze using Tetris-style blocks!

We’ll twist and shape the battlefield with tetrominoes, place towers, find upgrades, and try to build a defense strong enough to survive whatever comes our way. This is such a cool spin on the tower defense roguelike formula.

On your dice towers when you select them, above the upgrade options is a reroll option. Dunno if you caught that in editing or not. Great run. Lots of really cool interactions and build varieties. ❤

I just got this recommended randomly. I have a bad habit of optimizing and trying weird shit in tower defense games and seeing how far I can push it. Seeing you agree with the choices I did genuinely made me happy. I might buy this game, it looks insanely awesome!!

I played this game all the way through. Last map is wayyyyyy more complicated than you are expecting. Game gets much harder as you go

The giant dice tower is absolutely cooked, at roll 10 it did more than all the rest of your shit together in some point. Also putting at least one or two chompers seems insane since they BLAST the big guys because they do pure % dmg to them.

The Giant Dice tower itself does Fire Rate, not Damage. However, the two dice upgrade does do Damage. I think, if it is a valuable spot and the fire rate is a low row, sell the tower and pray for higher fire rate, combine it with damage upgrade.
The blue or red gears below a tower show that the tower was upgraded.

The game looks cool, but these runs are very long though.
