Kuya Kurt was doing most Filipino Politicians and modern rich Gen Z kids cannot do : eat at local Carinderias almost everyday , be with the locals, help them promoting their business, had a Good Morning towel, speak and continuously learn Filipino Language and appreciate the different provinces in the Philippines!

15:35 You can easily start eating "Buto-Buto" by placing a piece on your plate. Then gently hold the bone with your fingertips while you separate the meat from the bone using a spoon or fork. But if your hands are clean, it is actually easier to eat with your hands and bite the meat directly off the bone to clean it thoroughly.
Pero kung ayaw mong mahirapan at maging messy sa pagkain, iwasan mo na lang mag-order ng pagkaing may buto or tinik kapag nasa labas ka dahil hindi ka pa sanay.

Each person you encounter during your walk is genuinely friendly. Even if Tondo has a reputation for being a dangerous neighborhood, you can judge it for yourself as you meet the people who live there. I think you are safe there. I think the people who know you would protect and defend you should anyone try to mug you. The people there admire and love you.

10:29 "Sabaw ng buto-buto" means bone broth or bone soup. Buto-buto (beef or pork bones) refers to the bony cuts left over after the main parts of meat are carved out. They still have some meat and fat attached and are packed with flavor, making them the ultimate base for a good Filipino soup!

Buto-buto yung madalas na binibili namin sa palengke kapag magluluto ng nilagang baboy or baka dahil malasa yan pero mura lang. When you buy them, vendors often mix in some "retaso o pinagtabasan ng karne" (meat trimmings and scraps).
