If you have a window in your closet the sun fades your clothes.  I think they were right not to have one.  But I love this house.  Best one I've seen.

He needs to give the price

Love it but no tub in master!!!😊

Almost Perfect house.   Dinning room at front door is a new concept i struggle with.    Perfect: porches, walk in pantry, utility room, kitchen layout.   Perfect.

Gray walls are over. Ya'll need to get with it.

Loved this house. Would love to own it.

When I lived in rural Alaska I learned the value of lots of storage. You can't always run to the store, especially when you live a ways out of town so it's nice to buy extra of everything. The only things I see that's missing is a space for a freezer and some kind of alternate heat in colder climates. If the power is going to go out it will go in winter during a storm and a heat source that doesn't require electricity or only uses a small amount to run a digital control is potentially a life saver. But over all it's a very nice home. Thank you for sharing!

Love love this house.  Love that every bedroom has a walkin closet. Its beautiful.  Im on the east coast so Id have to put a basement which is fine by me. Now ill just have to win the lottery.😂

I LOVE THAT SHOWER with the bench!!!

I thought there might be a half bath in the storage room off the back door.  Would be very handy for people going in and out to the pool.
Also, I kept expecting you to tell us the price of the home as shown in the tour.  AS SHOWN. I’m sure there were many upgrades.

@ModularMen I have often wondered why builders don't install sun tubes in the darker areas of the home where windows are not desirable.       Closets, water closets, pantries, bathrooms where adding a window would look odd on the outside are perfect examples.  Triple wide homes are another place where extra light is always a premium.  I love lots of natural light and hate using electrical lighting if I don't have to.  Just think, if the power goes out, you wouldn't have to burn candles or waste your batteries in the broad daylight.

Love the front office.  Love the huge pantry!  Nice kitchen.  Like the utility room with the extra storage.  Although I wonder if there could be a half bath there instead.  I like the huge shower in the master.

I love the landscape plan on the thumbnail!!!

Searched the link for the floor plan, couldn’t find it. There were several other plans, but not that one. You should include it in the video.

That pantry door is cool

A little big for me but I love the pantry and the washer dryer nook.

Id do a nice aquarium set up in the shiplap area in foyer

I love this layout but If it had one more bedroom

Is there an attic space? Love the storage, but need a space to stash holiday decorations.

A window in the closet fades the clothes,  Idk why not having a window in the closet would be scandalous.  It’s smart.
