Let's just forget about the fact that a bunch of people drowned off-screen in this episode and focus on how cute Kim and Ondine are, alright?

A siren-based villain not having any hypnotism or singing based abilities is an absolute crime :(

What really is wrong is we don’t know all the power ups to this day

Syren had actually so much potential with a lure power but of course Hawk Moth decided to make her NOT do the only thing Sirens are supposed to do😭😭

I actually like the idea of their powers running out faster they less experience they have.

Also, yeah. Ladybug stinks because she expects Chat Noir to trust her completely, no questions asked, but doesn’t even try to give him the same amount of decency.

This episode made me realized how much I would have loved if Master Fu had a different personality, like a more comedic and easy going one as well as straight forward. Would have made him way more interesting and relatable (considering how he failed the trial other guardians succeeded in)

8:37 The same thing he did to those poor monks...

Let’s not forget how the show continues to treat Gabriel like he’s a sympathetic villain even though he killed hundreds of thousands of people in this episode without a single shred of remorse.

All these years later we still don’t know all the power ups

7:01 not to mention that later on, Lucky Charm nor Cataclysm aren’t referred by different names in the ice and space powerups and still called by their original names!

Ah yes, the only episode that I can recall that Adrien was actually let in the whole thing with Master Fu, even if only a bit. Like, they are never seen interacting with each other ever again. I guess they're that comitted to keeping the deuteroganist as a side character and let Marinette have all the writer's pet MC privileges. That aside, great video!

Also, I meant to comment this on last video about miraculous ladybug, but imagine all the trauma that the civilian go through every time. There’s a villain. Sure they get brought back to from the dead at the episode, but they die and then get revived. I think that’s the biggest in the miraculous ladybug the trauma and the therapy. The civilians have to go through.

the fact that the writers are so lazy they won't even look up the right way of saying macarons is mental

@Pairfait_Cookie_Fan123 1 year ago

I will never forgive Derision for the absolute character assassination they did to Kim, he was a lovable idiot who had a good relationship with Ondine, but then they decided to absolutely screw him over, just to give Marinette a sad girl backstory

two things we never expected from this episode:
1. Knowing about special power formulas that were only reduced to the space one.
2. From this point foward the show was telling us how unimportant Adrien is to the writers.
Update: ok, maybe this didn't age as expected (also, who came back here after the most recent ep?)

Shouldn't there be rescuers searching for people in this situation ? The entire city is flooded and yet there are no helicopters seen helping the main cast stuck on the roof

3:57 YOU out of all people should know miraculous DEPENDS on inconsistency. Bc inconsistency is what helps the heroes win

@dili.bunny000 1 year ago

Syren was actually my favorite episode ONLY because of the cool mermaid outfits and not the plot

@samueljrhlorgbe6091 1 year ago

6:40 Fr he deserves as much spotlight as Marionette but of course the writers are just too lazy and years later we still don't know what all the rest of the power ups looks like😢😒😑
