God has such an amazing sense of humor, THIS WAS MY FIRST HALLMARK MOVIE I ACTED IN 😂😂😂😂😂😂 WE FILMED THIS IN PROVO & YES ROCKWELL IS A REAL ICE CREAM PLACE 😂😂😂😂

Im in the sushi break up scene, I did background for it, it was such a cool set

I will give this movie SOME credit, I like how they made Ben a perfectly nice and helpful guy, rather than the standard Hallmark trope of making him a douchebag so that the main guy looks better in comparison. But it sort of goes in the opposite direction because idk why you'd choose Patrick over him now.

42:33 this would be SUCH a better Hallmark movie, two widowed farmers on neighboring properties suing each other for slivers of land, but the lawsuits bringing them together and then joining their farms?!? HELLO?!? That would legit be such a good movie

She's like, and extra bad lawyer too, because I'm pretty sure her father could argue presumptive ownership of the land under Virgina's adverse possesion law, since he's had the land for a long time and has been maintaining it and caring for it.

I’m a receptionist at a law firm that does this exact work with property lines… this would be a phone call 😂

"Patrick, what do you think about January 6?"
Patrick: That's the middle of the FALLFEST!

Some Michael's somewhere is just empty of leaves lol

Patrick is literally the most Ken from Barbie (derogatory) form of handsome man I’ve ever seen oh my god. He is so shiny. What is this.

Edit: LMAO I COMMENTED AND THEN SHE CALLS HIM A KEN DOLL I CAN’T

Hahahaha... there is not a single vine or leaf in that Pumpkin Patch. HOW are they growing??

"This whole movie could have been a phone call" 😂😂😂😂😂

Justice for Maple

I love when you say "it doesnt matter" because youre so right. In these movies, the "details" are never that crucial lol

What strikes me as a weird thing is that Aunt Margie and Patrick are suing right away. Like, I get that we need a reason for Our Girl to come to the FallFest as soon as possible, but usually you sue someone if the other means of resolving the matter don't work (I assume, at least). So I kinda get why Our Girl sees Aunt Margie and Patrick as trying to take away the land from her dad. Even if I sympthatized with Aunt Margie, I would think she's trying to get advantage of her neighbor. Especially because it just so happens that it's a very good part of his land, he needs during a FallFest.

This conflict would be far better, if we've got a scene when Margie comes to Our Girl's dad and explain the situation and we would get both sides of the conflict.

Aunt Margie: Hey, did you know that part of your land belongs to me?
Our Girl's Dad: Yeah? Which one?
Aunt Margie shows the part on the map
Our Girl's Dad: You're kidding, right? This is the part I need for a FallFest. I can't give you that.
Aunt Margie: But it's mine, accoridng to this deed.
Our Girl's Dad: How can I know this deed is not fake? We had this land for generations.
Aunt Margie: Look, I wouldn't need this land if I didn't have trouble with my business. And the deed is legit.
Our Girl's Dad: I need to run a business too! I can't give you this land just because some paper that might not even be legit says so!
Aunt Margie: Well, let's settle it in court then!

Edit:
See, only in 20:04 Patrick brings up that the issue of land is nothing new and Our Girl's Dad refused to sell it to Aunt Margie and her husband. So the scene I described above would still be relevant.

5:32 😁😁😁 That's me with the girl walking out after I drank soup 9 times 😂😂😂😂

"Love, Fall and Order: SVU"

Your videos are so much more entertaining than many of the movies. Here is a trope suggestion for your bingo cards. The Adjustable Christmas Tree. Our girl and the guy find a full, 12 foot tree in the tree lot. Next we see them carrying a small, wrapped up tree that is about 5 feet tall. Once they set up the tree, it returns to its full, 12 foot size.  🤣  🤣  🤣

I *hate* Patrick's bottle blonde hair. It looks so fake

I have some friends whose kids call me uncle. It's pretty common.

I find it disturbing that in a small town where everyone knows everyone else, a sweet old woman just up and sues someone she's apparently never even discussed the issue with!
