Well I took my sweet time with this one.  I give myself an 8/10 for this.  His face, Hat, arm face, and back flap are excellent.  
His weapon and the name plate I dropped the ball on dragging down the work.  
The painting methods used brought alot of detail out in the model and made it real easy to do a good paint job.
