Unfortunately I think AM deserves a new trial. I honestly don't know how Becky Hill sleeps at night knowing what she did in this case and the mess she created.

I had no contact with Miss Becky and I came away from the trial convinced in Murdaugh's guilt. However, I believe, based on these arguments, he should get a new trial. Unfortunately.

When I heard Poot start his argument, it became extremely clear to me why you need an appellate lawyer to carry your appeals case. The difference between him and Charlie Adelson's appellate counsel, for example, is astounding

Personal feelings aside, EVERYONE is entitled to a fair trial. AM, as heinous as his actions were, is no different. If we trample on the rights of people who society deems as "undeserving", it's only a matter of time before it happens to everyone else. Look at what's going on in America present day. Exactly.

My parents took me out of school for a week my freshman year of high school to go to a conference with them at Disney World. I still remember it & how much fun I had 14 years later. They can make up the work, but you don’t get to make up the experiences. They’ll never forget this 💕

If Courthouse Becky is saying those things to one juror (the egg lady) then she's probably saying them to others. Perhaps they (the jury) normalized it in their minds because they trusted the clerk of court wouldn't do or say anything that wasn't allowed.
