I went to Barranco to visit a living legend: the Gran Chifa Chung Yion (Chifa Unión). They have 103 years of tradition and the fame of serving the best chaufa on the planet!

We ordered a spectacular feast: their award-winning special chaufa, the classic fried wonton with a filling that's been roughly chopped, juicy siu mai, tay pa noodles, and the historic Chung Yion soup. The most incredible thing of all? They served us in less than 10 minutes, even though the place was packed!
