After those jumps and terrible landings, it definitely held up extremely well.

Never knew the pimp had a electric channel

I still have my Rustler from 94 as well. It does have a castle motor and esc now. Everything else is still original. Even the gearing without the clutch. I wish I still had the original body.

That is why I'm done with traxxas. they have put lipstick on a pig for so many years and no earth shattering changes. They keep charging crazy prices for the same rancid box of chocolate.

these clipless bodies need a full redesign or go back to body posts and pins. its been a traxxas problem since they started using them.

Wow did the body spray in at all wow.  And i just ordered one, oooopppssss

As a huge fan of the xmaxx  and x series trucks, I'm pretty disappointed with the updates on the 3s line, the new vlx system, and radio, not going to lie😕  Although, the shocks look nice.

Jesus! I have never lost the body on my Vorteks. Love your videos, BTW.

Looks great but I’d be upset to save up buy it and it brakes first day.

I was under the impression the suspension was upgraded to the HD version.

After watching a few videos, I think that the internal fan design of the motor with all those slots is not a good idea, and the remote sucks. Too bad that they didn't put the better transmission and diff on the 2wd one. After that, everything else looks like a good upgrade, including the shocks. The shocks were badly needed. Good video. Subscribed. That body popping off all the time sucks. That cap popping off is not a good sign either. Even my XRT doesn't pop off the body like that.

The TX in the AI slop thumbnail just makes me more sad! 😂

After watching this video it makes me want to have body clips on every Rc

Traxxas who??  I see 👀 a talion 🎉🎉

Thank you for this video I’ll save my money lol. I’m still liking the vxl models better even the xL5 models. Own a bunch of rustlers the motor is non rebuildable still crappy shocks controller is cheap. Good review ty

I like to see how the New Stampede Stands up?

I’m pretty sure you’re not pushing the body clips down hard enough. Other videos were not like this with the body popping off, occasionally the rear would pop up but not fall off clips are tight and usually require both hands to fully engage and snap in

Can i use my old controller, I have 8 traxxas product i use on a 4 Channel controller

What ramps you using?  Looks like good air and stable when you are hitting it.
