It's delicious. I'm 51 never cooked before. My husband had surgery so I needed to step up. I've made spegetti & meatballs, chicken lasagna, regular lasagna, chicken cordon bl, macadamia nut cookies, tetrizini, chicken pot pie. My husband no longer wants to go out to eat. My family loves your recipes. Thank you. I've also cooked for my parents who's health prevents them from dinning out. They too are grateful. ❤️❤️❤️

Literally laughed out loud on this.
"Use your heart as your measurement."
I always do, John. I always do. It's the only way to measure cheese.

I am so proud of you for acknowledging the original recipe for the Alfredo. Telling the American side of the story makes it even sweeter. Btw, I'm not Italian, but I love the original story.

This recipe was a hit with my two boys. Thank you. We had Olive Garden chicken Alfredo on Friday and they enjoyed it so much that I knew I wanted them to have it again but didn't want to spend another $43.00. thank you so much

Unlike other vloggers, he does not label his dish with "authentic" or "traditional". It's his version as done with ingredients found in this country... and it's delicious 😋.

JOHN, your video is extremely well organized and explained in a very thorough, step-by-step procedure. Your amazingly cheerful, boyish smile enables viewers to enjoy your demonstration to its utmost !!

I made this tonight for my family and it was absolutely delicious. The first couple of bites came with “Wow” and multiple head nods. As well as “this is really good.” 😊

I love this guy's commitment to having all of his cookware look like it was made before 1860. I respect the "Victorian-era Apothecary" vibes.

The tip about the pasta water was just what we all needed!

I make this once a week and I am so glad to see you add garlic. It's common in the States, but an Italian Grandma may grab you by the ear and send you packing.😊

I made this tonight. It was so amazing! I also added 8 garlic cloves and it was the perfect amount. Thank you so much! It was so simple and will now be in rotation for dinner.
