I'm so glad Chris is back in the picture in a big way. The most fun I ever had watching Art's channel was the summer of 2023 when Art and Chis were traveling everywhere together.  Their time in WeHo during Pride was legendary, epic even. For me, anyway, Art's happiness that he finally had a true friend who was gay, and who wanted nothing from him but friendship, came shining through like the SoCal sun. You can't fake that kind of joy and enthusiasm.

I'm so happy for everyone in the new moves, especially Mike.  I hope Chris' closing happens soon and with no more hiccups. ❤❤❤

Big congrats to you and Johnny for the big five years together.  I still think back to those early posts way back in the fall of 2020 (I think).  You are still the authentic person you were back then, and that authenticity is what really attracted me to you.  And it's nice to see Chris still in your life like he's a true part of your American family, couldn't be better!.

MIKE.  Julia is having a banner sales run with Art and Co moving west.  All three properties are amazing finds so cleanly she's not only Art's good friend but a talented realtor.  Chris DOES look better clean shaven.  He was showing a significantly more substantial pkg than ever before when Art photographed him in the bathroom.  Art in that green thong(?) at the start of the video was remarkable.  It's wonderful that moving to Chicago is proving  to be such a good decision for all of you.  Really enjoy your longer videos, Art.

So glad that I got to see the ending and glad that I can always go back and see from beginning. It was so nice watching how Johnny knows Art's favorite food and they have their favorites  foods together. Such a great 5year present. Chris visit was unexpected until I realized he got a new Condo Holy Moly 4 favorite restaurants, still interested if Art found a good sushi place. A Day out with Chris was Nice. Art really has the legs for the nurse outfit. Glad to see that "MIKE" closed on his Condo, CONGRATES MIKE hope he doesn't have any trouble moving his furniture. Nice to know that Art & Johnny has a winter place with Chris. I would enjoy one vlog a week with everything in it, I am use to 1hour long vlogs from other creators. Besides it would be easier on you or Mike when you edit. Held my attention all the way thru it.  Fantastic Job.
