Hello from Ireland.
My nan lived in kings heath back in the day until her passing in 1984.
I was born in dudley road hospital in 1972 and my parents lived in wide acre drive when I was born until we moved to Ireland in 1976.
My dad was just 15 when he moved to Birmingham from Ireland, and eventually he met my mother in 1969.
we used to visit my nan every year on our holidays and stayed in her flat when we came over.
I can remember it like it was yesterday.

You represent many of the things that we love about this country. Your videos are very inspirational and heart warming.

I remember Gardners World on tellie. I been to Kings Heath Park with my parents in the 1980s when I was around 5 or 6 & there was an open day there & Gardners World where there & I actually met Cyril Fletcher in person & he spoke to me.
