We need Chinese weightlifting - a meme experience

2:09 that squat has more depth than the last decade of multi-ply meets combined

3:15 Scholars maintain that Klokov is still paused at the bottom of that squat to this day, and when he rises, it will usher in Ragnarok.

1:21 is a freakish display of strength. holy fuck

Legend. One of the guys that got me into strength training and heavy OHP.

YES BLYYYATTT AHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRR!!!!

Nice to see a video on the guy who first got me into oly lifting. Thought that within a year I would look like him, three years later am DYEL with huge quads and back. No regrets

As someone who got inspired through zyzz ive loved all the little nods towards him, even tho hes a bit further from all the strongman and Bodybuilder stuff that your content focuses on

I think Zach Telender said if Lu is the Prince of weightlifting Klokov is the King - what a freak. That paused hang snatch is just absurd. Cheers.

Jack PGM never misses

"Blyat"- D. Klokov.

YES BLYAT!!!

I’m a simple man, I see Dmitry Klokov…I press like.

when someone asks me, if today is my last internship day: 0:28

The big 200 kg paused snatch with the TMNT t-shirt lives rent free in my mind since ages

He trains with these unbelievable weight totals so we don't have to. Truly selfless.
