Witchcraft & Magick has gotten me through what most call “mental illness” it’s guided me to understand myself & harness my uniqueness. Thank you for your story, it inspires me to want to share mine💜💌

Ive had a similiar yet different experience with christianity. Ive grown up as a Catholic, with many loving people. However, i find that leaders and priests are far too closeminded about the different ways of reaching God. It seems they strictly follow only the bible which I think is unfortunate since there are so many resources we could be tapping into to find truth! I personally find that I feel most connected to God when walking through a forest, meditating during yoga... not when sitting in a stuffy church.. thats all i have to say.. cheers!

Refreshing! I also left the Christian religion mostly because I was surprised at how much judgement and hate they have towards people who do not fall into their own belief of what a Christian is, even if that other person claimed to be Christian as well. I had always felt pulled into the path of witchcraft and now identify as an Earth witch. I love nature. I utilize her gifts and elements into my daily life and I have never been more happy. It's nice to know there are others out there who have dealt with this same thing.

I'm a follower of Jesus Christ but I respect ppl who have different beliefs

I'm also a medical student and I recognize that our "medical textbooks" " techniques" and "practices" could be interpreted as a type of magic by some folks. I know that there are things we don't understand

“For the varied paths in religion are but fingers on the loving hand of the supreme being. Extended to all , offering completeness of spirit to all , anxious to receive all” — Khalil Gibran — Peace and Love ❤️ 🙏🏽

Pagan here , my Ancestors were first  Celtic/welsh pagans /druids  then christianity came and took over , eventually pagans were Christianized people so my people and most likely yours became Christians and now it is we who are  bringing paganism and the goddesses back!

I'm a Muslim, and I rlly want to convert to witchcraft, I have done my 1 chapter of the quran by heart and I had no hope in it,I wanted to become witchcraft because I think I would be freedom everyone is strict and idgaf abt them, its just that my mental health is telling me to do this because I think it would go better

You can still believe in god without religion. I’m practicing doing Witchcraft and I was raise catholic and I still believe in Jesus or whatever religion is man made . I have my archangels in my room , pantancles , my cross in my room I have my altar my tarot cards , my incense, my healing crystals and my candles. I believe that Jesus wasn’t religious and he used magic to help people so yes it’s witchcraft, but some people takes out of context and is sad . Religion sets rules not god . I’m spiritual not religious and yes I believe in god and I will never stopped I do pray to him and stuff and just because I worship him in a different way it doesn’t mean is the wrong way .

What a lovely video from a lovely woman. Thank you for sharing your experiences. I converted to Wicca 20 years ago, and it has brought my life much joy and peace. I felt that Christianity as it is currently practiced in the world tends to dis-empower people. I agree with you that it prevents one from finding one's true self and potential. Great video! Blessed be!

I have been an on off witch for half a year- twice my mom found out and SQUELCHED the fire out. This is my third time firing up again and discovering myself (i am 23) and its helping me learn self love. I feel more connected to myself. (I was catholic) i am currently fearful of hell so i am a christian witch but id rather be wiccan. Thank you for your candid video! I look forward to watching more! ;) love, Fox

You’re absolutely beautiful

This video have helped me a lot, you answered questions that I been wondering and to nervous to express around my family and friends. Thank you!

Yessss, I’m now more open with my Wiccan beliefs. I feel less anxiety and more in tune with myself and my environment now. Blessed be! )o(

You and I are a lot alike. I am raised as a Christian. But I have ALWAYS been pulled toward taking on my own path, but I was afraid to follow where I really wanted to since I was little. I was always in the woods, where I was, and still am, happiest. Just a lot of periods in my life really tried pulling me towards this path I am on now. I have FINALLY listened and changed my path. I am still in the broom closet, except I did get the courage to tell my husband. I've had anxiety and mental health issues. Since changing my path as of mid January this year, I have never been happier, aside from how hectic this year has been. At first I thought that everything that's been happening was just being punished for it, but I am still trying to go strong in my new spiritual, witchy path. I am excited to continue my journey and see where it ends up!

Denouncing Christianity freed me. I experienced religious trauma.

I personally still believe in god but I am not religious anymore. I’m a spiritual witch who loves and believes in god.

So glad I found this. Currently converting from Christianity to Wicca and I’ve been feeling the “pull” but also have had the doubts in the back of my mind. I always thought witchcraft was this evil thing and had to do with Satanism and it’s not that at all! I’m excited to take the leap I’ve been wanting to.

Before I even watching the video the title is what struck me. I've had it all along. As far back as I can remember I've always felt a sense of being at home with pagan symbols and symbolism. The church felt very rigid and was absolutely right with hypocrisy. As I grew older I realized all the holes in its theology and its stories. How it really is just nothing more than a control mechanism and massive force of indoctrination and oppression. I never got such a thing from wicca/paganism. It just feels like something pure that's rooted in the earth and in old untainted wisdom. I've made my choice.

I'm a closeted witch in a very religious Christian family and it's so frustrating because I know who I am now and I cannot stand living with my parents. I just want to be who I know I am and who I know I'm meant to be but I can't because although I'm 16, I'm still legally a child and my parents basically control me and force me to believe what I don't believe in. I can't wait to leave home and finally be allowed to live MY life, not anyone else's

Just discovered your channel and it’s very refreshing to see another black women that loves this earth and is in touch with her witchy self. Definitely got a new subscriber ❤️
