You never know when you are going to sit down with an old friend and make music for the last time.  Thanks for sharing this.

I met Chris Cornell randomly at the mall one day. I freaked out, I didn't know what to do, but he was SOO nice and invited me to go on a walk with him. It was the best day of my life. We miss you, Chris. Rest in peace forever.

Eddie is the only vocalist left from a huge chunk of my life.  Man, I feel old.

Everytime I watch this i cant help but notice chris cornell acknowledged every musician on that stage before he went to work.

2026 anyone?? 🖤🎶🖤

You can see how much Eddie loved Chris ❤️

I met Eddie at Lollapalooza 2. He had the underside of his hair dyed blonde, and flipped it under a hat. He was just walking around and checking everything out. I told my gf, “that’s Eddie Vedder”, she said I was dumb. I walked over and said “hey Eddie”, he said, “don’t blow my cover”. Shook my hand, we had a short 20 or 30 second conversation, and he went to do his thing. That’s it, he was nice.

God they compliment each other so beautifully

Never heard a more complimentary vocal pair in my life than this song

These two awesome men, Chris Cornell and Eddie Vedder, legends, their voices blend beautifully.

I dig how Chris Cornell gets called out and he greets all the musicians individually!!...Mad Respect  R.I.P forever

Chris's voice... There will never be another like him..

There’s something sacred about this performance. You’re not just hearing two incredible voices, you’re witnessing a friendship, a shared history, and a moment that can never be recreated. When Chris and Eddie sing “I’m going hungry” together, it doesn’t just sound like lyrics, it feels like truth, like vulnerability laid bare in front of thousands of people.

Knowing what we know now makes it even heavier. There’s a quiet ache in Chris’s voice, and Eddie’s harmonies feel almost protective, like two souls who understand each other without needing words. This isn’t just nostalgia. It’s a reminder of why music matters. It connects us, it carries our memories, and for a few minutes, it takes us back to who we were when we first heard it.

Maybe it’s just me getting older ... However, If you’ve ever wondered why certain songs refuse to fade with time, this might be your answer.

Just goes to show the caliber of man when he goes ahead and makes it a point to shake everyone’s hand on stage before sitting down!!! Class and humility! 🥃 RIP Legend!

Flashbacks to driving home from work at night and hearing this song. 🤘 In the 90’s y’all, we are Gen X!

So heartbreaking. What a voice and person, we lost in Chris Cornell.

I struggled on a particular deployment when I was younger, did and saw some real bad stuff…. Listening to Chris’s music got me through it.  This guy is a saint.

Jesus Christ!!! I don’t even have to explain this performance if you are “our” generation.  This means so much.

I'm crying..
Because the 90's are gone forever..

Man, Cornell’s voice is otherworldly.
