This area is full of history, culture, and amazing food. From vintage Chinese buildings, hidden temples, traditional markets, legendary food stalls and tea house, to beautiful heritage spots — Glodok has so many hidden gems waiting to be discovered.
Our journey starts from the famous Little Salt Bread, then we explore the old streets of Petak Sembilan, try legendary Laksa that has been around for generations, visit one of Glodok’s oldest Chinese temples, enjoy traditional coffee at a historic coffee shop, explore Petak Enam, discover Candra Naya heritage building, experience Gong Fu Cha tea ceremony at Pantjoran Tea House, and end our day with legendary Kuotie Santong and Bakmi Gang Mangga.
