Looking in the mirror too long as a child was a real thing. And I’d smile to creep myself out worse and it worked 😂

I think i started with ghosteas around episode 10. A bajillion episodes later its still in my top 5 weekly watchers. I'll have to send in some stories one day. Grew up spooky.

The story of those creatures, reminds me of the movie called the gate from 1987. Till this day I am petrified of open sides in my curtains and things under my bed

In my 20s, my friend and I developed a hobby of playing with the Ouija board once a week. We had a recurring spirit who claimed that she was my friend's guardian angel and we'd talk to her weekly. One week something came through the board and weird things started happening in his house. I felt scared and vulnerable and when I went home, I felt that I was being followed. This was a weekday and I had work the next day so I needed to sleep but had this feeling that if I slept, whatever was now in my room would come for me. I could feel it in the corner, waiting. I was alarmed. I had a strange sudden idea that looking back, wasn't mine. I have always had cats and I brought Sashy to my bed. Sashy was a jaded senior cat that was fairly indifferent to me. In previous attempts to bring her to my bed at night, she would leave after a couple minutes. Not a cuddler and not really into hanging with me. But this night, something compelled me. I brought her to my bed and petitioned her to stay and watch over me. I told her something was here and I was afraid and if she could protect me. She laid down on the bed, which was unusual. That night, my sleep was rough. I kept waking up in spurts, and each time, felt something trying to approach the bed and couldn't because the cat was still there. Each time I woke up, Sashy would turn her head back to me and meow, as if to ask why I was awake. She was still there and oddly, awake. She usually slept a lot. Morning came and Sashy was still there, awake when I got up. I thanked her and kissed her. Only then did she leave. My mom told me later Sashy slept deeply that morning and slept through breakfast. I didn't feel that threat in the house again the same way and Sashy never hung out in my room again. But I swear that night, we bonded and she was my protector and I'll never forget. I feel cats are protectors. I had a psychic friend who had cats and her one cat would chase demons out of the house. Melissa could sense the demons and that cat would go after them and they would leave.

I’ve been refreshing all morning 🤩 Good morning ghosteas!!
