Nabbit may not have any hardcore fans yet, but at the same time I don't know a single person who actively dislikes Nabbit either. It's always just like "oh yeah and Nabbit's here too"

I like nabbit, I like to imagine he keeps showing up in things is because he sneaks in without being invited

Nabbit, the most popular of all Mario's bunnies you have to chase

I like Nabbit, he’s cute… didn’t expect him to become such a mainstay but I’m kinda proud of him

nabbit is a stage hazard on one of the smash bros stages in ultimate

fully expecting him to make an appearance in the next mario movie

What still confuses me is Nabbit wearing Bowser Jr.s transforming mask.
I thought for a looooong time that Nabbit was Bowser Jr. in disguise and thats why he was stealing from the protagonists.

Eh, sure. I'll take the flag.

Nabbit for Smash.

I've always liked him, he's cute.

He was totally only initially added as a playable character to save development resources, though.

Nabbit feels like an industry plant.

While theorizing about why he doesn't use powerups you missed the obvious answer: he steals them, like in the base game.

Nabbit being intended to be a whole species explains why he's randomly treated as a "generic" in Mario Kart World, even though we have literally never seen two of them side-by-side.
If it were me, this little guy WOULD be considered maincast, if only a dubious one alongside the W duo.

(also lmao at Zavok being "main cast" for Sonic. Man is basically "like Nabbit but lame" in terms of circumstances, to a point where unlike the purple bandit rabbit, Sonic fans definitely grew tired of seeing the guy around; unlike Mario fans with Nabbit where it's like "oh, he's here too, neat" at WORST)

As a kid a found nabbit fascinating because he was invulnerable and because of the "mistery" behind it, like is he an enemy or An ally? Why is he playable and working in the shadows of luigi and toads? Is there someone under that mask? As time went on i really started to love him more and more and now he is my favourite mario character hands down, i even have him as my profile icon on my switch profile

Yeah he's pretty chill, he can stay

Ah Nabbit, everyone's second-favorite masked Nintendo character introduced in the early 2010s who is dressed like a purple rabbit and known for carrying a bag

To continue with the Sonic comparison, Nabbit kinda feels like Sticks the Badger in the "wait, you're still here?" sort of way.

Maybe he’s “invincible” because he sneaks around the enemy. He also doesn’t use power ups because he intends to sell them in the future.

they just showed up out of nowhere in an era where almost no new characters were being introduced
we have no idea what this creature is
we dont know if they are affiliated with anyone
for some reason they have the bowser jr thing and thats never even brought up in any game
we only know they steal shit and ocasionally help mario defeat bowser just because they can

nabbit is literally the definition of chaotic neutral and i love them

Nabbit is my main character in Mario Kart World! I was personally very excited to see him in the roaster. I only wished Poochy was also there.

Sounds like we should all start making Nabbit fanart, everyone!
