Lmao, so we had exactly the same people as now.

"This just looks like modded GTA IV", "265 milion $ and things aren't hyper realistic?!", "Did you notice that in gameplay reveal there was a bug? Really rockstar?!"

Perfect example of how the internet will always complain and live in nostalgia no matter what it is. Now im seeing the same exact things with people comparing GTA V to VI

You mean to tell me people have always forced hate on gta? 😂

The more things change the more they stay the same

Dude... I actually had 2 dreams about GTA VI in the last few days, funny how i'm having the same experience someone had 13 years ago.

The faster ability feature was eventually given to everyone with the Xbox One/PS4 versions. And it remains unlocked for everyone to this day

I love when my feed gives me random vids like this I can tell there’s a lot of effort in the vids

I really dont think gta online delayed gta6, it just allowed them to pour more effort and quality into gta6 (and it shows!) - I think of it like an artist, who wants to paint a masterpeice, but they do commisson work on the side, because while making their masterpeice they still need day to day money to fund it's development!

Crazy to see the exact comments and issues from 13 years ago as i see on reddit and other places now. From the online controversy of the special edition, discs, the hate and comparing it to the older games, to the praise and admiration people had for it before its release with some hailing it as the best game to come out. Gta6 is literally recreating the hype and infamy we had with gta5, and the games before it still. Their formula for doing things has to be the most consistent of any company

We really haven't changed at all lol.

I remember the forums complaining about V's NPCs right after its release. It's laughable for a title that sold billions in three weeks. You still can't enjoy LS without getting the cops on you for no reason to this day.

some night back in 2023-2024 I had a dream that I was playing GTA VI, very vividly, I remember every single detail from that dream and the streets I was driving through.
Can't wait to get my hands on this game and drive around until I find a similar place compared to where my dream took place and recreate my dream from a couple of years ago as closely as possible

People were still complaining back then lol

Back in 2013 I didn't have internet so I played an un-patched version of GTA5 on the Xbox 360 for many years until I got it on PS4 in 2017. Just yesterday I booted up my GTA5 2013 release version to relive the original game. I went around looking at all the removed things and glitches that the release version had. I will never update that game on my 360 the memories are too special.

I was 17 and it’s was my entire high school talking about…a lot of us skipped that day it dropped 😂

"Gaming's been kind of dry" ball and gun gamers are CRAZY.

Wow, it was seriously only TWO WEEKS between the launch of single player and online for 5??

If it’s really going to be a year or more before online is out for this one, I wonder if there might actually be some single player DLC planned…

7:25 poor dude

Gaming has NOT been dry this year what

Its funny with the rock bottom comment. I feel like that to right now. I've preordered gta6 and its all I'm looking forward to rn. And my cat just got recently sick so i have to save up money for vet visit and subsequent bills. I definitely have a lot to lose yet it feels like im at rock bottom.
