Welcome to Episode 1 of the Spiti Valley Expedition! The journey doesn't start in the snow-capped mountains—it starts at 5:00 AM on the chaotic, unforgiving highways stretching from Mumbai to Udaipur.

Over 800 kilometers of brutal asphalt, sweltering heat, and heavy wind noise, pushing a fully loaded Bajaj Dominar 400 carrying soft luggage (Rynox Nomad) and testing raw endurance right from Day 1.

Along the way, amid hours of highway monotony and physical fatigue, an unexpected wave from two kids in a passing car completely changes the energy of the ride.

The plains are done. The real challenge of the Himalayas begins now.
