To quote the great BigBunjee: "Xanderhal is really good at debating the voices in his head."

I don't understand the Socialist Influencer's compulsion to defend giant corporate product.

The "I am no man" line from Return Of The King was just one line in a 6 hour trilogy.
Modern movies are that line over and over again forever.

"Leave the billion dollar corporation alone!!!"

"Underdeveloped era of Tolkien's world" - there are NO underdeveloped eras in Tolkien.

"these reviewers claim to be reputable"

Same guy: " I have the Lord of the rings DVD box set, guys. I'm a real fan, so don't come at me"

Tolkien never said that Sauron couldnt raid a USSR nuclear sub and blow all of Gondor to bits with a nuke.. They should do that in season 2.
What a stupid argument to make.

Xanderhal : "There's absolutely no way that people have consumed enough of the show to negatively review it if it's only been out for an hour."

Also Xanderhal : "Yeah, I knew this show was great about 2 and half minutes into it."

Wait...does Xanderhal think that Sarah Connor is a real person with a consistent personality? Just because a character shows up again in a different movie doesn't mean they're written the same, or written as well. Winnie the Pooh from "Blood and Honey" isn't the same character as the original Winnie the Pooh.

Xanderhal: decides he loves RoP in the first couple of minutes
Also Xanderhal: They decided they hated it before they could even watch the full episode!

The thing the writers of ROP don't understand about Galadriel is the concept of how fcking ancient she is. Yes there might have been a point when she was more of a tomboyish or free spirit but it certainly wasn't within the timeframe of the second age when she was thousands of years old. At that point she was married, had a daughter, is the leader of a nation and has seen a lot of awful events. She is one of the wisest beings in Tolkien's world but in ROP she's a half-wit.

Xanderhal’s also been gassing up Assassins Creed Shadows so you know it’s okay to disregard his opinions.

I can’t take anyone who unironically uses the word “Chud” as an insult.

"[Eowyn] doesn't do a backflip off a horse and throw a javelin a hundred feet"
Rings of Power: "Okay so Galadrial rides upside down off a horse and made an orc's head explode"

@Rolf97 2 years ago

The only reason to insert black elves and hobbits was to pander to a "modern audience" that doesn't exist. It's completely fine to call this out for the corporate pandering that it is. If a show without enough "diversity" hurts your precious little feelings, then go make your own story instead of changing an existing story.

Xanderhal making an annoying voice to portray his enemies while his natural voice is annoying af.

Arguably, Xanderhal is claiming to be reputable by bringing up what a big LotR fan he is. He's not, which actually serves as a good example of "claiming to be reputable" in the way he uses the phrase.
