I never use the manual Jeff when you have build videos, your videos makes the build process much easier.

Can you do an Align TB40 build? I was thinking about buying 1, the build videos I watched are incomplete you do the best and most complete build videos.😊

Fact: The best way to build a heli is send it to Jeff. 🤣

25:42 it’s easier to install the front servo’s first here then the rear 👍🏻

WARNING: In the video, installing the tail servo, ignore most of what you see and hear about orienting the spline and horn in the timestamp range 21:44 - 23:34. It is wrong. Jump ahead to 23:35. The instructions at 23:35 - 23:47 are correct. Briefly at 23:48 - 23:50 it jumps back the wrong orientation again.

9:43 at this point check that the silver metal blocks are installed in each side of the frame, they are for the tail screw tension bolts to butt against, mine were NOT installed and in a little bag - if you miss this you will need to remove the entire tail to put them back in after part 2 of Jeff’s video!

Several places in the tail servo assembly have conflicting segments. The “Make sure” portions are done and correct the initial placement and mounting.

That loctite looks like good quality. Can you send a link so I can try it out? Great video. Thx

Thanks for the build videos !

I just built a TB60 and I’m finding the tail belt tension with the everything backed out is very tight. Did you have that experience? Feel like there is drag in the system running this tight.
