Recipe and ingredients:
2 eggs.
1 tsp vanilla sugar.
50 ml milk.
100 g sugar.
30 g butter.
130 g flour.
10 g baking powder.
Generously grease with melted butter.
Dust with flour.
50 g sugar.
Boil the plums on both sides for a few minutes.
Add the berries separately.
Mix 100 g cottage cheese with syrup.
Spread the dough evenly over the surface of the pan. Distribute the cottage cheese and plums on top.
Sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
Bake for 40–45 minutes at 180 °C.
