Dear Refika, This is the first time I'm writing on YouTube, but I just wanted to tell you that you are not only a very good chef, but also a sun in the kitchen. Your recipes are so good and the way you present them... unique!!! The team too!! I've been following you for maybe 2 years. I stopped eating meat a few years ago (like the filmmaker) but I've always found recipes on your channel. Just the hummus! Oh my!!! The best!! Please, every morning, before starting the day, think about the sun that you always bring into everyone's life!!

I'm diabetic, and these lentil ideas have been a total game-changer for managing my blood sugar—especially the bread! I’ve pretty much made it my go-to now. I even throw in some seeds and nuts for extra crunch and nutrition. So good!

As a Turkish woman, I am so happy to see that someone from Turkey is introducing our fabulous cuisine to the world with many useful information like a tourist guide and a dietitian.

Before I moved to Turkey I was not a fan of soup but after eating mercimek corbasi I am a soup convert! Thanks so much for giving all the recipes for lentils - lentils and noodles is next up for me to try. Thanks also to you and your team for making such positive and feel good videos.

I learned to make bake beans with navy beans tomatoes and olive oil on a little open fire with an old Turkish man in Cyprus when I was 8. A very fond memory.
I’m now 70 and rally enjoying your recipes.

As a vegetarian, I really want to try ALL of these recipes! They look amazing!!!
I'm from Costa Rica, and I visited Türkiye last year and loved it! But didn't know there was so much variety of vegetarian dishes so I didn't know what to look for... now thanks to you, I will come better prepared for my next visit!
