I have noticed i do that and when I do shot is different for sure

i love the spirit in this community. i just joined it last month and i am religiously consuming content and reconstructing it. thank you matt for all of your experience. Love from germany!
I also blink like sh*t. Archery helped me overcome my anxiety last year, shooting casually traditional. Now it drags me out of bad habbits, training my body, my mind, connecting. You can not imagine how cool you guys are, even if the "bubble" is somewhat small. it is home.

That is me

Shoulders out of line

Oh Yeah ? Well not only do I make a bunch of awful mistakes as to archery 🏹 but I miss almost every shot! So there  !😂 🤣🏹🏹🏹🏹

When I'm  really concentrating I pucker my lips forward. And really feel my anchor. Helps me hit a tiny spot. But it drives my competitor crazy.

great tip! Thank you. Hello from Greece.

... are you hitting anything? ... no target pics ... maybe you're not blinking because there's nothing to see

Dude the way you explain things makes total sense. Many thanks for helping to grow the sport 🙏🏽

Great video! I can't wait to hear your tips on 3D barebow shooting 🙏🏼

You are the ultimate Pro... I love that video, thank you for sharing. I will make sure to add that to my shot execution practice.

Wait, wait, wait. You’re saying I have to keep my eyes open while I’m shooting? I don’t know man, that sounds pretty sketch. 😆

Tolles Video 👍✌🇦🇹🇭🇷

What about your back tension are you ever letting that pressure down on hold or continues pulling? Very good tip on shot hold up and no blink.

OMG. Mind blowing! Can’t wait to get to the range. Thanks Matt.

Keeping the bowarm up after the release is very helpful for consistency. I experienced that too. After this video I will also pay attention to my eyes during the shot. Thanks for the tip 👍

Morning Matt, thanks for sharing great tips.

I owned an archery shop with a range for eleven years. And in that time I had a lot of people ask me if I could help them with different things with their shooting skills. I always thought that any kind of movement at the shot that was not part of their shot cycle was them anticipating the shot going off in other words ( target panic) no matter how slight the movement is it always affected the shot. Great video! Thanks
