I ordered a house like this thirty years ago. The foundation has some local guy built with exact drawings från the house company, and the house was delivered a specified date after that. So, one early morning the house was delivered with a truck with a long trailer and a mobile crane with 18 meters reach. After six hours, we were ordered up to weathersafe the roof, and at five o'clock we could lock the front door and leave the place. All outer walls came readymade with windows and doors in place. The house was not ready for moving in yet, no inner walls was raised (except for the longitudinal ones that helped to hold the roof) and the electrician and plumber had not done their jobs so far. I did all the remaining jobs myself, all inner walls, doors, kitchen equpment and fireplace was packed inside the house and thus weathersafe. The very next day to the delivery date, one of the worst blizzards ever hit the coastline, but no snow was to find inside the house. And after thirty years is the house still intact, no cracks or cold spots are to find. Costs was moderate, under $80000 for all...
Самое страшное- когда ребята по стене как акробаты ходили,да ещё с тяжёлыми инструментами в руках!!! Здоровья вам ребятки крепкого!!! Вы очень слажено строите! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is an awesome system! I can’t get over the strength when he put the ladder at the top of the panel and it didn’t flex at all. This would be amazing for a cabin! Def need disposable clothes.
The polyurethane foam used for all connections has an intrinsic lifespan of 50 to 60 years in this climate. After that, all the connections will loosen and the house will fall apart. Good for future job creation. This isn't a house, but a house of cards.
These three people have great co-ordination of their tasks during this build. They must have practised building many of these projects before this video. I'd certainly have them build a home for me!!!
That is some beautiful lumber. Definitely not from Home Depot or Lowes. I like them using snow shovels for brooms to clean off the floor, LOL. Love the use of a chair for a ladder, and the home made wooden ladder.
3:46 That is nice isolation but one first fire that go down ALL IN and water season can cause trouble. I prefer bricks. And if i 500.000€ i know is brick not wood and plastic.
That scene where the snowy site transforms from bare ground to a framed house in just days — it’s not just impressive, it’s deeply satisfying. You can feel the urgency of winter pushing every hammer stroke.
I saw another one of these where the walls, inside and out, were about 6" thick and solid wood. Some of the structure wood was trimmed with a chain saw. The number of roof layers was insane!! Almost 1/2 of the video was about the roof.
