What does Bodrum look like before the busy summer day begins?

Join me on a peaceful early morning walk through Bodrum as the town slowly wakes up. Starting from a quiet hillside around 8:00 AM, we make our way down toward the sea, surrounded by calm streets, beautiful views, and the soft atmosphere of an Aegean morning.

As we descend toward the waterfront, we reach the harbor and the pier where Bodrum’s tour boats are waiting for another day at sea. From there, we continue toward the beach, which is only just beginning to fill with its first visitors of the morning.

Walking along the coastline, we meet some of Bodrum’s most familiar residents — street cats, tiny kittens, and friendly dogs enjoying the peaceful morning. A little further ahead, we come across a woman feeding the local cats, while several of them gather around her for breakfast.

The route continues through streets decorated with colorful bougainvillea, with beautiful views of the Aegean Sea appearing along the way. With almost no crowds, quiet restaurants preparing for the day, boats resting in the harbor, and animals wandering through the streets, Bodrum feels completely different at this hour.

We eventually walk through the waterfront restaurant district and continue toward the entrance of Bodrum Bazaar, where our peaceful morning journey comes to an end just before entering the busy shopping streets.

No crowds. No rush. Just cats, bougainvillea, calm streets, beautiful sea views, and the peaceful atmosphere of Bodrum waking up to another summer day.

No narration. No music. Just the authentic atmosphere and natural sounds of Bodrum.
