Why Do We Always Want More Than We Need
It’s easy to take bad habits along with you in your new Off grid minimalist life. Wanting to buy the biggest shiniest van, barge or yacht, filling it with all the creature comforts and with that comes all the expenses you were trying to leave behind.
In this video I discuss why I chose a 1970’s boat and why I don’t need anything bigger.
We take a trip to moor at a local village and Barnum 🛥️ develops a fault.

Hi, i’m Andy
6  years ago I left conventional life, converted a van and lived in that. After a year I fulfilled a childhood dream and bought a boat to live on.
From the mid 70’s until the mid 90’s I had been boating with my parents so I knew I wanted a boat built from the 1960’s or the 1970’s as they were ‘overbuilt’.
Join me on my 1974 Ocean 30 as I live a nomadic life working as a Personal Trainer via video calls.
