“Worst Disney movie ever made”

My 13 year old self just took that personally.

kinda crazy how many high school movies focus on prom and how it's apparently the most important thing ever

Classic teen movie: A girl attempts to commit a war crime and threatens another girls life in order to become homecoming Queen and no one tells an adult.

Imagine discovering that your classmate is a literal princess and deciding that the best course of action is to blackmail her.

The cringe came from Selena Gomez tripping over herself for a guy who didn’t know her name

Alex: this movie is so dumb
Also Alex: continues to explain why the movie is so good

Honestly, I still love this movie and think it’s really wholesome. Yea, some of it is really silly, but it’s made for kids and was filmed in the late 2000s.

No one is going to talk about how a foreign dictator just manages to enter the US and go to a random high school and that’s just completely fine? Also the fact that he came himself to kidnap a princess? It’s honestly hilarious I love it!

When Alex noticed that Carter’s shoe were on the bed I was relieved I wasn’t the only one angry

Shouldn’t the whole “throwing a sword at a rival nations future leader” be a bigger international incident then it was?

@jilin6623 5 years ago

“my girlfriend” SIR I THOUGHT WE WERE THE SINGLE COMMITTEE

@bubblezxallxaroundx 4 years ago

rosie literally could've just told carter's dad that that other girl threatened to expose her and she would've gotten snatched up by some feds for causing like... an international incident???

Rosy: the military is looking for me and i can never return to my home and i may never see my mother again
Chelsea: Yeah but i wanna be homecoming queen

@Flome810 5 years ago

It’s basically:
As a kid: a masterpiece
An adult: meh

@thebeautifulnarcissist666 5 years ago

My only problem with this movie is how the dresses Rosilanda and Carter bought by themselves looked A LOT better than the ones delivered by Rosie’s dressmaker 😬

@foozalmirabi9589 3 years ago

Chelsea was willing to put someone’s life at risk to become a homecoming queen, TV shows and movies really made being a homecoming queen seem like a life or death matter

@mackie355 5 years ago

Rosie's country, freedom and mother literally in life-threatening danger...

Rosie: "most importantly I've learned about friendship"

@jasminejones3648 5 years ago (edited)

you can’t tell me that i was the only one that wanted a rich princess to randomly show up at my school that would turn my miserable middle school life into something at least somewhat interesting.
