Beautiful Robert!! Perhaps a little higher rod tip when oriented downriver will complement cushion provided by bamboo.

A lovely video with amazing light. I am new to the whole notion of fishing spiders but would like to learn how best to fish them. I had thought upstream was best but it seems downstream is perhaps even better. When fishing them downstream, are you swinging them at the end of a drift?
