One of the iconic lines of the Predator is “if it bleeds, you can kill it’ doesn’t apply to the Kalisk. It doesn’t bleed. That is why it’s the unkillable Kalisk.

the yautja (predator species) are much like in this movie in the comic books, only the movies and some games portray them as a "horror creature". That's why alot of predator fans who love the comic books adore this movie

Kwei telling Dek to “bring it home” like Taabe telling his little sister Naru from prey 😢 brother/sister bonds always gets me emotional specially since I lost my brother.

It's been long established that Alien and predator movies are in the same cinimatic universe.

Fun fact: Yautja are essentially lizard men, and the one's we've seen in the previous movies have been green because they're jungle lizards. Dek and his clan are red because they're desert lizards.

My dad was recently going through hospice. I would bring a movie to his room once a week for just him and I time. This was the second to last movie I watched with him. (We always loved predator movies)

It was fun to watch this with you. A lot of the same moments you had good statements about, we had the same statements about. Thanks!

Honestly one of the best movies of 2025, such a pleasant surprise with the theme being about family and the clan you choose.

One detail i love and is also a hint that Bud is a Kalisk, is that when Dek and Thia got to the razor grass and see a Bison looking creature, Thia tells Dek "They're Kalisk food.", next thing we see is Bud going after him.

You guys need to watch Predator Killer of Killers it’s SO AMAZING AND SO BEAUTIFULLY DONE!

I've ALWAYS wanted to see more of the predator's side of things, so for me this movie was very enjoyable and interesting!

Anyone else want an Elle Fanning shaped backpack? Or would that be called a Fanningpack?

24:21 You're not wrong. Someone else said it better but, basically, this is a super violent children's movie. It's a coming of age film where the protagonist learns about the power of friendship, and, at the end everyone learns a lesson.

The first time Predators and Aliens crossed over was in Predator 2. On the Predator ship near the end there's an Alien Skull among the trophies on their wall. From there they've crossed over many times in different media with varying degrees of success.

I love that they've finally mentioned the female Yautja. The hierarchy of their kind is really interesting to read on

The reason the kalisk didn't kill dek was cause of Budd spitting on him she could smell the scent

I'm a fan of the Evil Dead franchise which has a groovy mix of horror and comedy in them, especially surrounding the Ash character so I'm always open to other franchise having nice mixes like Badlands has. I really loved it more than I thought I was going to. I welcome a sequel to this story.

Steven: This planet sicks!
Nikki: Word. It’s just everything’s trying to kill you.
Meanwhile…
Kwei: Genna. The death planet.

That's truth in advertisement.

First when the movie was announced that was gonna be PG-13, there was so many people complaining about how this was gonna be sanitized and not as bloody as last movies. But the thing is, by having only aliens and robots, the movie can bypass the limitation of the rating to show violence.

you guys have to watch killer of killers it's freaking amazing and it ties in so much that you don't want to miss it . You should watch Alien versus Predator because it's worth watching all of the alien and Predator movies will be interlinked in some way from here on
