Samson so chill humble and soft spoken.  Very enjoyable listening to him as opposed to some of the other competitors. Mike looking fantastic great work!

Why are the biggest guys in the gym always the nicest 😂

Samson and Derek are looking ridiculously huge right now, Mr O gonna be lit especially with the free official livestream this year 💪

One thing I've noticed when Mike trains with these big guys, they're always really sound blokes. What a nice chap Samson seems. Hope he does well at Mr Olympia

with both of them being natural, the difference in size is impressive i must admit

This guy makes mike look like a ballerina

I really hope he takes it back this year. Samson is by far my favorite!

Enjoy all the content but this one was especially good. Samson comes across as such a nice down to earth humble guy with a crazy physique.

Watched this on Samson's channel the other day. Great collab & insane chest workout. Samson is so awesome!

What a humble guy samson is. He's a great ambassador for the sport. 💪🏾Well done mike you put in a great shift👍🏽

Subscribed to this channel along with Samson’s channel. So worth it. 💪🏽

Mike lifting with one of the best on the planet.   Not many have had this privilege, but he has earned it!

I survived a Serge Nubret chest workout… with Serge, he was 69 at the time and did at least 15 sets of bench press with 100-125kg around 18 -15 reps and finished the 15th set with 28 reps at 110kg for a 69 year older was mind boggling. Followed by dips…and cable crunches afterwards. Mental pump. You are spot on with your training plan Samson. Bring out those striations and blow them off the Olympia stage in 3-4 weeks time

This Samson guy is class! Able to push Mike hard, but great understanding of where the limit is.

Any time someone as distinguished as Mr. Dauda starts with calves you better believe the notebook is coming out !

Samson so humble

this guy is so humble and down to earth, and, like, no bs, and this idea that it really does not get any easier - you just work hard and it is pain and what not, and i saw on his face like he is experiencing the burn, it is not always nice, the amount of work and what not, and then he just smiles, says it should not be easy and he keeps going. what a great gentleman. amazing.

I could feel the pain on the calves 5 minutes in 😭😭

Even on an event stage, Dauda looks like a man amongst boys

Samson Coming Back for the Throne❤🔥🥰
