After working for a major staffing company and a Japanese restaurant company, she joined Blue Bottle Coffee Japan LLC in 2014 as Public Relations and Human Resources Manager. She became the Japan Representative in 2015 and transferred to the US headquarters in 2018. Since becoming independent in 2023, she continues to work as a Strategic Brand Advisor for Blue Bottle Coffee, while also engaging in a wide range of activities including consulting on corporate branding and communication strategies, and serving as a visiting professor at a university.
