I left Florida in 2009 because there was no future there. $54,000 for an electrical engineer with an MS in wireless power hardware design. $20 an hour to solder parts for spacecraft. $30/hour to train and certify those people. Our customers are people who own yachts and take selfies in orbit. One of them thinks he needs a trillion a year in salary. That kind of money would work out to UBI for everyone in the state... but no... keep making subway sandwich money to make sure that one guy gets all that cash!

Saving on income tax doesn't help you if your salary starts off at 50% of your worth.

I respect your journalism. And I love your ride-alongs. I lived in Tampa around 2018/19 and left right before Cvd. I had many good memories in Ybor city nightlife during that time.

You’re so entertaining while you dish out the facts, I love this channel.

Been living in the area since 1981 and as far as I could remember Down town  has always been dead. In the 90s they had great night clubs but after they closed down , it got dead again.

Cheers from Toronto my friend. Saw your video in my recommended videos. Love your style & honesty

Who can afford to go to the bars and restaurants anymore when it can cost 5 bucks for a friggin beer or 10 bucks for whisky.
People can no longer afford to live anywhere with the cost of living.

That’s what happens when cities are designed for car use only. Go to Europe and East/Southeast Asia and the cities are alive and filled with people hanging out in town squares, centers, and plazas. In America, you’ll only see that in a handful of cities (NYC, Boston, Chicago, DC, Philly, SF)

University mall had been dead for 25 years

Good job thanks 😊

Love your Impala shout out‼️🌴😎

Keep up the good work ! I play music along the beach in season. For 44 years now. This is by far the worst season ever. The collapse is evident everywhere in Florida.

Ybor starts jumping in the evening on weekends. I partied there in the 90’s at the Amphitheater with Mike&Charlie. Those were the days!

Do another real estate stream, papi. That was fun. And best of all, you can do it from your house.

A lot of people moved out because of the storm, YBOR CITY gets packed jam when we have events, at night, but most people go to channel side and the new river walk parks

Florida is now a prison state.Work camps ,migrant detention, black sites to dissapear americans..For Profit.  Owned by Republican Lawmakers.Writing their own laws …to detain Americans. It is now illegal to be homeless…In AMERICA. LAND OF THE FREE NO MORE.
