I can't seem to stop redeeming gift cards :) It's one of my favorite things ever.

It's kind of funny how scammers rely on old people being unaware, and yet they get irritated when old people are unaware.

I love how he says “I won’t get MY money.” That’s hilarious. As if the money you scam from an old lady is rightfully yours. Absolutely disgusting.

Not only are the scammers perfectly fine with stealing money from vulnerable people, they also cuss them out as if they own them.

2:37 That's the most convincing, professional-looking "cancellation form" I've ever seen

"CVS is our financial partner. Don't tell them you're doing a transaction with us."

"Why are you wasting our time?"
It's sad that this scammer seriously seems to feel like an honest worker getting disturbed doing their job.

Kit's ability to interrupt is perfectly timed in order to build maximum frustration over a period of time, he truly is a  wonderful talent at work.

bank of amrica 💀

When the scammer repeated that absurdly long product name, I just died laughing

Do the scammers realize that their shitty demeanor gives them away? They're rude, loud and want to dominate the conversation even when they don't know what they're doing.

This same type of thing almost happened to my mother. The cashier at Walmart stopped her from buying the gift cards. I went there the next day and thanked the store manager and told him that cashier deserves a raise.

He has the nerve to ask why you are wasting their time? A better question is, why do they think its okay to steal people's money through tricking them?

Man I'm Indian and I understand what they're saying in Hindi, and I just feel ashamed that someone brought up in a place where adults are respected is going around not only trying to scam old ladies but shouting vulgar slurs at them in Hindi when they screw up just a little bit. Screw these scammers man, love your work :)👍

Edit: Wow it’s been 3 years huh. Keep the hate comments for me coming. I’d rather you make a tantrum here in this thread than pollute the main video’s comments.

I was in a CVS pharmacy one day and the older lady in front of me was trying to buy a cash card. The cashier quizzed her and when the older lady said he grandson was in trouble and she had to send money to someone that called her the cashier refused to sell her the card and told her to call the police. I asked the cashier about it and she said they were trained to recognize such situations. Good on you, CVS.

My favorite part is that the more of their time you waste, the less likely they are to call my mom and get her all confused and flustered. Thank god I never got her online.

My grandma called us one day, sobbing that my brother was in jail and the bail was worth thousands of dollars. If she had decided to pay the scammer immediately without telling anyone-- and she definitely would have in a heartbeat to save him-- she could have lost years of money leftover from three different jobs that provided for my mom and her brother. I just wanted to say thank you so much for the work that you do, even if you don't end up seeing this. It feels extremely cathartic knowing that there's someone out there making things harder for assholes that prey on people in their most vulnerable moments.

cant wait to watch you in 50 years doing this as an actual old lady.

As a Pakistani who can understand Urdu (and subsequently Hindi) it's hilarious hearing them rage. You do a great service by torturing these assholes for as long as you do. Kudos.

This is why the USA needs to increase their literacy rate. We will always be victimized for not knowing enough. Sadly.
