I know this is an older video with tons of comments so likely no one will see this but... this is one of the best pieces of performance art, manipulation, improvisation, voice acting, technical genius and heroism all perfectly wrapped together into one of the best hours of edited footage to ever be published on the web. Josh, you deserve a medal of honor for your work.

Having an old lady condescendingly explain crypto currency to a scammer in CS hell is so peak.

Please call Crisp back exactly 1 year later and act like you're still trying to sort it out.

I love the subtle constant burns
“We’re gonna get you all the money you deserve…”

I love how the “senior” managers are seniors

Simply calling him Crisp and his rage over that is absolutely hilarious. Especially when you consider his name is not actually Chris anyway 😂

"E like EA Sports."

"It's in the game."

"It's not crazy cowboy it's cute cowboy." Misunderstandings like these are so perfect, the fact that the other person is listening but not understanding what you are saying makes it so infuriating.

"E for Eye" has to be the absolute worst attempt at phonetic alphabet clarification I've ever heard.

Martha the Senior Supervisor is my new favorite Kitboga character and I sincerely hope we get to see her again in the future. The idea of a semi-senile elderly woman doing terrible customer service for a crypto company is beyond hilarious

This isnt just scambaiting anymore, this is quality performance art

40:16 i love the instant terror in Crisp’s voice after he realizes how he’s consigned himself to at least another 15 minutes of nonsense

"Customer is big mad."

I'm going to use that

"Chris is enraged." "Congratulations! Who is he engaged to?" Priceless.

ragequitting over being called crisp instead of Chris has got to be the lowest bar of fragile ego that I've ever seen

Making a scam caller question their feelings towards their coworker through an extensive identity crisis was something I never knew I needed in my life
