For about four years now, I've been baking bread for our family myself.
This video shows how I make a three-stage sourdough sunflower seed bread. We call this bread "Basic Bread." I bake it regularly, and this was the 50th Basic Bread since I started recording it.
I also bake toast, baguettes, pain e epi, and sometimes cinnamon rolls.

So gleitet dieser relativ sauber aus dem Kessel und ist auch schon gleich recht kompakt auf dem Teigbrett 😊😊.
P.s.: Abo hab ich endlich auch da gelassen 😅. Verfolge deine Videos schon eine Weile, da ich, unter anderem, selbst auch Hobbybrauer bin 🍺🍻
