Everytime I see the color of the boat, I just love it more.

Love the new Bimini. Clean lines and looks well-planned for wire races and lights.

You know, one of the things that I really like about you Matt, is that you say you're going to do something in a certain amount of time, and then you just get on an do it, and that is just so cool. It builds up confidence in you and trust in your viewers and importantly, your patrons. So I think that is brilliant. The size of this Bimini is impressive, but I reminded myself that the stern section of the boat is both pretty wide and quite long - you are definitely going to be able to get quite an array of solar panels on top of it and that's for sure. The complements don't stop there - I just have to say that of the sailing channels and boat constructions that I watch, yours is definitely one of my favorites - the vibe, the detail, the narrative, the music - all just fantastic. You really do make a seriously high point in my week, and it's great that you come out on a Wednesday. So thanks for all your hard work, Matt on the boat, and Jani on the videography and videos. Brilliant team work and I love it. Take care and have a fantastic week, and I am really looking forward to your next episode. ⛵😄❤

If this boat building stuff doesn't work out for you, I think you have a good shot at making really big X and O game boards. Thanks for sharing!

Another master class in fiberglass!

I wait all week to see Duracell then it.s over in no time, i'm now going back and watching from the beginning. Can't get Enough. New Zealand.

Brilliant, put some tie-downs in the underside corners, we built one for a cat and it's so handy to string shock cord for hanging things (laundry)

That the viewers  "totally came through" regards the master only shows the value placed by us all of the channel.
Congratulations.

Once again, a master class in lamination! My fifty years of sailing have been a lot more concerned with shaping & finishing wood than plastic, but I seem to be an old dog who actually LIKES to learn new tricks. Watching you work & listening to your in-depth explanations of each step is enormously rewarding. At my age I'm not likely to be taking on any grand projects, but it's still fun to learn & I feel I'm learning from one of the best with your vids. I only hope I last long enough to see how your skills, in combo with these miraculous new materials, will actually perform offshore, in actual cruising stress & wear. At the very least, there is (so far) no epoxy eating worm yet discovered!

It’s going to look great! I enjoy your ingenuity and doing quality work! Fun and interesting to watch. The thought you put into your work shows that you’re a caring person. Thanks for showing everything.

Pipe insulation is polyethylene foam. Epoxy barely sticks to it. I think you might be able to pull it out after glassing it in. And it also has a hole in the middle, so you could maybe just leave it in place. I have not exactly done this though. You could also bend and glass in PVC conduit.

Just gorgeous! DAMN! You made that look almost too easy! Had wondered why the "topsides" of the sacrificial foam wasn't taped to allow easier removal, that said, all worked out beautifully. As always terrific insight into your design considerations and production process. Thanks for taking us along!

The PO of my boat also put a few small padeyes under the top so I can run a light line for hanging the laundry to dry.....which has been surprisingly useful

I really felt like alot more glue was going to be involved with attaching that frame..I dont know why I felt that way, I mean it just felt so minimal to what one would think after watching this channel for 5 years. 😂

EXCELLENT!!!! A MAST IS ON THE WAY!!!!! ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE......

You and the family make an amazing team! Especially Alder and The Inspector.

I am amazed at how clean your place is ! Looks really good

Jani, that was very smooth how you went from an old Commodores song “Easy” Easy like Sunday morning “ to your Sunday get together.
I enjoy your videos from the beginning .

getting to the good parts now , been a long time coming

Great video Matt. I subscribe to various sailing channels and watched another COUPLE take over a year to complete their hardtop. Clearly your skills and abilities are first rate. I've been watching the Duracell Project since episode 1 and look forward to seeing what is next each week. Can't wait til launch date. Until then...keep on ROCKIN!!!
