This was an interesting  what if. I enjoyed it. Your scruffy Anakin is handsome. This Anakin would not have the same issues as canon Anakin.

I think this what-if glosses over a great deal of things that would have happened without Anakin.
For starters, the entire Clone Wars would not only have btaken place later, but for a far longer duration. The only reason why Palpy had enacted the clone wars at the stage they were was because of Anakins presence. The Chonse One was his key, and without that key, he would have to delay the clone wars further and further, using alternative routes to gain these emergency powers, then making the wars more and more brutal to make the population hate the Jedi properly, without the wunderkind managing to secure victory after victory.
Dooku would not have been eliminated (certainly not by Anakin for that matter), meaning that Dooku would likely have tried to usurp Sidious eventually, possibly even winning (Dooku may have been Sidious' apprentice, but as Sith lineages go, the apprentice must kill and supersede the master to become the master).
Mauls reappearance would have had him be far more Obi-Wan focussed, once he knew that there was no Chosen One. Whether this would have him try to regain his old masters favour or just using it as a stint for revenge may be irrelevant in the long run, but he would wreak far more havoc.
There was no Anakin when the Jedi confronted Palpy, so he'd either have to pre-empt their attack or ensure for far more extensive precautions in case the Jedi team would defeat him (like Mace did in the actual timeline).
And since Anakin wasn't there at the Operation Knightfall, the taking/sacking of the Jedi Temple would have been far more brutal and costly. Unless that role fell to Dooku...
Lastly, with no Vader, the role of the ruthless enforcer of Imperial Will, that post would like fall to both Dooku and Grievous. And you can be that Sidious would use every opportunity available to rid himself of Grievous. Keep in mind that Grievous only joined Sidious and Dooku to kill Jedi out of spite, so Sidious knew that Grievous was basically a ticking time bomb that would turn on them the moment the last Jedi was taken care of.

Jedi Knight QuinLan Vos&his padawan at the time Aayla Secura was actually present when QuiGon&Padme was at Tatooine.  They were undercover and didn't break their cover but did recognize Anakin as very strong in the force.  They would had informed the Jedi Temple but obviously Anakin's too old already but they might still send someone to follow up on it.  So it's likely Jedi Master Anya Kuro(Dark Woman) would had gone to Tatooine and followed up on Anakin and at least get a midichlorians reading just so that they have a record of it.  Anya Kuro actually goes around the galaxy to search&recruit force sensitive younglings.  Due to the high midichlorians count, it's likely she would had taken Anakin&his mother away from Tatooine and properly trained him much better than QuiGon or ObiWan.  She'd be able to teach Anakin how to use the dark side and not be corrupted by it.

Meeting Padme will set Anakin on the path to the dark side. She is not an angel but the devil who was put there by the force itself.
