I must comment that you have the brake springs installed incorrectly. The top spring goes through the holes at both ends. Having one side in the slot will probably work OK, but the tops of the shoes will be pulled together more evenly if the spring is in the holes on both sides and therefore parallel to the adjuster.
The "tang" on the bottom spring should also go through the hole, not the slot. Again, that way the spring is parallel to the wheel cylinder and pulls on the bottoms of the shoes evenly. It is difficult to see in the video, but I'm pretty sure you have the curved part of the "tang" properly resting on top of the hand brake bar. Many times people get this wrong. I believe it is supposed to serve an anti-rattle function. If it is installed with "tang" touching on the bottom of the bar, the sharp point can dig in and hinder or even prevent proper movement of the handbrake bar. When this happens people wonder why the hand brake is not releasing or cannot be adjusted.
For your viewers, at about the 7 minute mark of this video there is a good view of how the complete MGB drum brakes are installed, although be careful because it is the opposite side of the car:
